APsmart Rapid Shutdown (RSD) – RSD-D-20 Dual Panel Module

The APsmart RSD-D is a module-level rapid shutdown device designed to add fire-safety functionality to new or existing PV systems. One RSD-D connects to two solar modules, helping reduce the number of rapid shutdown devices required across an array while providing reliable module-level shutdown. When used with a APsmart RSS Transmitter or an inverter with a built-in APsmart-certified transmitter, the RSD-D supports NEC 2017 and 2020 690.12 rapid shutdown requirements.
